THIS WEEK:

With another week under our belts, and some of our belts are a little looser than they were, this coming week is looking strong.  The severe storms have washed clean all of the streets and even closed some, but not even that, can keep us from our reaching our goals.  Spring is one day closer and that means summer is nearing as well, NOW is when bathing-suit bodies are attained! To our fall athletes next season is upon you.  The WORK YOU DO NOW is what makes the difference next fall! To our spring athletes its time to kick it into high gear!

BEGINNER~INTERMEDIATE BOOTCAMP TONIGHT 8pm

SATURDAY
LADIES BOOTCAMP 9am

SPEED ~ AGILITY ~ QUICKNESS CLINIC 10am
GRADES: 3-6

BEGINNER~INTERMEDIATE BOOTCAMP 2pm

GRADES: 9-12 TUESDAY & THURSDAY 4pm
