As for us, it's been a great week here at XTREME TRAINING. With a few new-comers joining the XTREME TRAINING community, and a few of our veterans climbing to new heights, its safe to say spring is roaring in! We would like to take this time to signal out the Westlake football players that have committed to their off-season training program. They are breaking records at each session and next season is looking brighter by the day.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS SATURDAY? If you do not have specific plans, then you should come join us for one of our bootcamps. They are sure to set you up for a great weekend, you will feel energized and accomplished all in the matter of an hour! So what are you waiting for?
