MID-WEEK BUZZ

It's Wednesday, really? Yes, really...how have you done thus far in achieving your goals?  What steps have you taken to improve?  If you do not have an answer to either question, the good news is is WEDNESDAY and there are several days left in the week to figure out an plan of attack, and then execute it!  Remember we are here to help you.  You can always reach us at: befit@thextremetraining.com and one of our trainers will contact you in regards to your inquiry or question/issue.

As for us, it's been a great week here at XTREME TRAINING.  With a few new-comers joining the XTREME TRAINING community, and a few of our veterans climbing to new heights, its safe to say spring is roaring in!  We would like to take this time to signal out the Westlake football players that have committed to their off-season training program.  They are breaking records at each session and next season is looking brighter by the day.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS SATURDAY?  If you do not have specific plans, then you should come join us for one of our bootcamps.  They are sure to set you up for a great weekend, you will feel energized and accomplished all in the matter of an hour! So what are you waiting for?

THIS WEEK:

With another week under our belts, and some of our belts are a little looser than they were, this coming week is looking strong.  The severe storms have washed clean all of the streets and even closed some, but not even that, can keep us from our reaching our goals.  Spring is one day closer and that means summer is nearing as well, NOW is when bathing-suit bodies are attained! To our fall athletes next season is upon you.  The WORK YOU DO NOW is what makes the difference next fall! To our spring athletes its time to kick it into high gear!

XTREME TRAINING ADDS XTREME ACCELERATION TRAINING TO ITS ARSENAL

ELITE ACCELERATION COACH RAY PADILLA joins the XTREME TEAM.  Ray is a great addition to the team and is certified through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA).






We have been busy updating the service we provide.  Our website is under construction and will be unveiled revealing a revamped and modernized site including a our official logo within by the conclusion of next weekend.  We are adding several aspects that will enhance YOUR experience training with XTREME TRAINING at The Botticelli Fitness Facility.

Also, XTREME TRAINING will be hosting its first XTREME LOSER CHALLENGE.  It will kick-off with a weigh-in and body fat calibrations the weekend of April 1-3 and contest kicks off April 4th and runs through May 4th, 2011.
