Meet the Maca Root
The Maca Root is the king of the endocrine modulating foods and is the top anti-depressant feel good food. The maca root is a food staple for the people of the Andes mountains in Peru. It only grows at 14,000 feet in areas of intense sunlight, strong winds and below freezing temperatures where no other crops can survive.
