Hello Xtreme'ers this post is short and sweet. We want to thank all of you for your business and support thus far. Wednesday may be half way through
Xtreme Training is rounding the corner on our second month of business and we think things are progressing nicely, but more importantly, what do you think? We want to know, email us your feedback...tell us what you like, but more importantly, tell us if you think three are areas we can improve. We are always going to be bettering ourselves and our service, but welcome any and all feedback from you, our clients.

Valentines Day motivator or instigator?
One of the most proliferated holidays has come and gone. While Valentines Day is fun and enjoyed by some others are serious opponents of Cupid. Regardless of where you stand on that fight we have the punching bags ready. Come try out one of our cardio-kickboxing classes and stay tuned for a new promotion kicking off this week. Meet the Maca Root
The Maca Root is the king of the endocrine modulating foods and is the top anti-depressant feel good food. The maca root is a food staple for the people of the Andes mountains in Peru. It only grows at 14,000 feet in areas of intense sunlight, strong winds and below freezing temperatures where no other crops can survive. These are two quotes are are at the root of our training approach here at XTREME! If you learn to how your thoughts play into your day and in turn your life you will in essence learn how to design the life you want.
Health tip: Enjoy things for what they are...listen the weather has been making living in New York difficult, there is no denying that, but your mental approach to that will make all the difference. Yes, it can be a pain in the ass, but take a moment to enjoy the snow, the rain the essence that exits in what mother nature is doing. Just for a moment, take a a few deep breaths and enjoy it.
Diet Tip: Salad. Eat a salad with every meal tomorrow and notice how much better you feel by the end of the day.
